The peaceful setting for retreat will be in a yoga shala set in gardens, close to the beach of Mushroom Bay, on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan.

Single accomodation (queen bed plus private bathroom) for six will be at this location, and additional accomodation is just minutes away.  Both accomodation venues are clean, comfortable and have gardens and swimming pools.

My plan is for the retreat to be an uplifting and restorative experience … Each day will incorporate yoga, relaxation, meditation and creativity.  There will also be plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful location, lie back with a book, relax and wander on the beach, indulge in massages and generally chill!! 

Optional activities – include walking, exploring the island, a boat excursion around the crystal waters with the opportunity to snorkel with an amazing array of fish and manta rays.
                                
Activities and evening meals can be enjoyed solo or as a group… I will always have suggestions for the day aiming to create a cohesive and happy time for all!

The cost for the retreat will cover – 6 nights accomodation
                                                      – daily breakfast
                                                      – yoga twice daily, meditation, relaxation 
                                                      – creative pursuits – watercolour painting, drawing and mandala 
                                                      – a pamper massage
                                                      – local yin yoga and sound immersion 
                                                      – one group dinner

Cost will not cover transport, meals (except breakfast) and activities other than the above.

Flights are now on sale both through jetstar and asia airlines.  
Flights arrive in Denpasar and then ferry leaves from Sanur for Nusa Lembongan. Sanur is approx 40 min taxi ride from the airport.
I suggest you either arrive the day prior to retreat and spend one night in Sanur, or if you come on the day it will need to be a morning flight to enable the time to arrive at the retreat centre.
